Nearly there! its slowly creeping up and I cannot wait anymore, getting very keen to say the least. Last weekend in Brisbane for Soundwave :) has left me feeling very much crummy, all that processed take away and heavy drinking has left me worn out and tired and bloated - Not good big ol' belly bulge happening over here!

So i've done my prep work and ordered a new pair of Nikes hot pink and apprently fit like a glove mmmm cant wait until they get here :)! One of my friends has recently been addicted to D-Fine8 its sort of a gym junkie red bull that aids in weight loss so im very excited for mine to arrive! As soon as they get here its sime to start!

The Prep Work

So I'm getting ready to start a 12 week body over haul and get back into shape and turn this somewhat unfit girl into a vision of healthy well being and fitness.

I'm starting off with building a workout diary for each week and it'll just include what I've done each day and the calories burnt so I can keep track :)
Invested in a polar watch to track my progress, and ill enter this data into the spreadsheet which ill also upload to this blog. My fitness goal is to improve all over in general from running to muscle tone

I'm also going to put together a food journal for each week with a calorie goal of 1200 a day. Which ill update and up amid the snapshot each week.
So my weight goal is to lose 5kg is this round and up the anti
I'm currently 63kg and looking at around 57 - 56kg by the end

But it's not going to start until I'm back from my holiday and have the money to rejoin the gym :)
